FT rouge tannin 10g
A blend of tannins derived from exotic woods and chestnut. Use at the beginning of red wine fermentation to preserve the grapes’ natural tannins so they combine with anthocyanins to stabilize color. Mouthfeel is also enhanced. FT Rouge provides antioxidative protection and will inhibit oxidative enzymes (such as laccase) associated with browning. Use 1.3 g per gallon of must.
